Join Our Team as a Class A CDL Truck Operator

Are you an experienced Class A CDL Truck Operator with a strong safety record? We are seeking dedicated and professional drivers to join our team at Bright Flag Recruiting.

What We Offer:

• Competitive pay of $35/hour

• $3,000 retention bonus (disbursed in three installments after six months of service)

• Local driving routes

Position Overview:

• Drivers will operate from a designated terminal

• Responsibilities include picking up pre-loaded trailers, performing drop/hook operations, and delivering to various terminals and distribution centers.

• All shifts conclude at the terminal location.

• This is a night shift position focused on solo driving.

• Drivers return home daily.

• Available schedules include:
  • Friday - Tuesday
  • Sunday - Thursday
  • Monday - Friday

• Operate well-maintained automatic and manual trucks equipped with modern amenities such as CB radios, AM/FM radios with Bluetooth, and adaptive braking systems.

Driver Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience within the last three years.

• Clean driving record with no accidents or violations in the past three years.

• Applicants must be at least 21 years old.

• Must possess a valid Medical Card.

• CDL-A with double endorsement (training available).

• Background check is mandatory.

Bilingual, military, and veteran candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
