Charge Registered Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Charge Registered Nurse to join our team at Northwest Medical Center - Bentonville. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and leading our nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, utilizing your expertise to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Administer medications and perform various patient tests within the scope of your registered nurse practice.
  • Promote patient independence by teaching patients and families about self-care skills and condition management.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient resource allocation.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Nursing and current RN licensure.
  • Prefer Bachelors degree in Nursing.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a hospital setting.
