As a Direct Support Professional, you will be part of a team that is dedicated to helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist individuals with their personal hygiene and daily living tasks
* Support individuals with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
* Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve
* Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive environment

**What You'll Bring:**

* High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
* Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance preferred
