Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Residential Therapist to join our team at Whites Residential. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide treatment oversight and direction for assigned residential youth, including clinical assessments and treatment planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions
  • Participate in child and family team meetings and court reviews
  • Collaborate with DCS caseworkers, probation officers, judges, and parents
  • Assist with staff development activities related to mental health diagnoses and treatment provision

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology
  • Licensed or working towards licensure in Indiana as a LMHC, LCSW, or HSPP
  • At least one year of experience in residential or social services

Work Environment: Our normal work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm. Flexibility may be needed to meet the needs of the organization. Occasional clinical on-call hours will be required.
