Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Traveling Respiratory Care Specialist to join our esteemed institution, Le Bonheur Children's Hospital. This role is essential in providing high-quality respiratory care and neuro diagnostics for pediatric patients.

Certification Requirements
  • Various certifications are mandatory, subject to specific conditions (AHA or ARC only, type-specific, etc.).
  • National Certification is necessary for Technician roles.
  • While a physical copy of the technician certification is not mandatory, it is highly preferred.
  • A copy of the Professional License may be required for state licensure.
  • Nursys verification is required as applicable.
  • NIH Stroke Certification, competency exams, and color vision testing are also specified.
Job Specifications
  • Specialty: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics
  • Minimum of 2 years of RRT experience with travel, or 3 years of RRT experience without travel.
  • Pediatric experience is highly preferred.
  • Block scheduling is not guaranteed.
Job Requirements
  • RRT certification is required.
  • A valid TN license must be held at the time of submission, with no exceptions.
  • Candidates must reside at least 100 miles from the facility.
