Key ResponsibilitiesThe Polysomnography Specialist will be responsible for:
- Conducting thorough evaluations and treatments for sleep disorders, including diagnostic and therapeutic interventions.
- Ensuring patient safety through proper use and maintenance of sleep lab equipment.
- Scoring sleep studies and preparing patients for assessments.
- Demonstrating knowledge of patient growth and development across all age groups.
- Providing care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
- Registration or certification as a Polysomnographic Technologist or equivalent credentials.
- Completion of an accredited educational program focused on sleep technology.
- Prior experience in a sleep laboratory setting.
