Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Medical Professional to join our team as a Fee Basis Provider. This is an independent contractor position that requires providing personal services in medical histories, physical examinations, and reviewing required medical tests and documents.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have the authority to perform medical histories, physical examinations, and review required medical tests and documents. They will also be responsible for assessing applicant medical documentation and rendering their medical opinion on an applicant's medical history.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct medical histories, physical examinations, and reviews of required medical tests and documents
  • Assess applicant medical documentation and render medical opinions
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Medicine or a related field
  • Current unrestricted license from any U.S. state or territory
  • Privileged by the USMEPCOM Command Surgeon
  • Completed residency or provided direct patient care within the last three years
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Training Certification from the American Heart Association
Working Conditions
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Collaborate with other medical professionals to achieve common goals
  • Travel to various locations as needed
Compensation
