Job Overview:

Arm is seeking a highly skilled Staff Signal and Power Integrity Engineer to join our System-in-Package Integration team. As a key member of this team, you will work closely with IP, SoC Design, Package Design, Signal Integrity, and Systems teams to develop innovative solutions for signal and power integrity challenges in Arm's world-class IP ecosystems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with a focus on signal and power integrity. You will be responsible for providing guidance on active and passive power integrity solutions, signal routing strategies, and power delivery network management. Your expertise will be essential in helping Arm and its partners address the increasing challenges of signal and power integrity in high-performance systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with design teams and package teams to develop and implement active and passive power integrity solutions.
  • Guide the package and PCB design teams to ensure signal integrity considerations are taken into account.
  • Interact with external partners to provide guidance on optimum signal and power delivery network management.
  • Develop power delivery network solutions for infrastructure-level, automotive, and battery-powered systems.
  • Perform signal and power integrity simulation and interpret results for internal or external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering with a strong background in signal and power integrity.
  • Significant experience in performance modeling and analysis of SoC systems with emphasis on signal and power integrity.
  • Deep understanding of multi-port matrixes (S, Y, Z parameters).
  • Proficiency in signal and power integrity analysis tools like HSPICE, HFSS, SI-Wave, PowerSI, and Clarity.
