Position Summary:

This position will work with the Continuous Improvement team to improve fixturing, ergonomics, and throughput in various cells through CI activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement fixtures to solve ergonomic issues, improve takt times, and enhance product quality using 3D modeling.
  • Analyze and plan workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout to improve manufacturing efficiency.
  • Investigate technology, processes, and equipment to improve process safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
  • Develop and improve work instructions for production processes.
  • Support and contribute to problem-solving teams.
  • Support manufacturing operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree from an accredited university.
  • Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering major.
  • Experience with 3D Modeling, specifically Creo is a plus.
