Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of Housekeeping Assistants to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of facilities.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and guidance to Housekeeping Assistants on cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull at least 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
