Seeking a dynamic and compassionate individual to join our Actalent team as a Healthcare Access Coordinator As a key member of our medical reception team, you'll facilitate seamless access to healthcare services and deliver exceptional patient-centered care.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Coordinating patient registration and appointments with precision and care
  2. Communicating effectively with diverse populations and ensuring every interaction is positive
  3. Managing telephone and mail communications to keep patients informed and supported
  4. Scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and explaining services with clarity
  5. Distributing essential materials to enhance patient understanding and satisfaction

We seek candidates with a high school diploma or GED and preferably 1 year of front desk or customer service experience in healthcare. Bilingual Spanish speakers are highly encouraged to apply Proficiency in computer skills and EMR software is a significant advantage.

This role offers an estimated salary range of $17-$19 per hour, based on years of experience, and a 35-hour work week with occasional late nights and one Saturday a month. Join us in making a difference in our patients' lives
