This role is responsible for overseeing the food service operation, ensuring high standards of excellence are met. The Cafe Manager will supervise associates and support financial responsibilities.

• Supervise and train food service staff to maintain high-quality standards.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the cafe.
• Ensure compliance with proper sanitation and cleaning standards.
• Manage cafe operations within budget and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Food Service, or related field.
• At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in food service management.
• Operational knowledge of cash handling procedures and food service equipment.
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products.
• ServSafe or Department of Health Certification preferred.
