Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of a registered nurse or doctor to provide high-quality patient care and support.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately record patients' medical histories
  • Take and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate
  • Observe patients under treatment to identify progress and potential side effects of medications
  • Monitor patients' condition, including fluid intake and output, and maintain accurate patient charts
  • Assist patients with daily activities, such as eating, bathing, and dressing
  • Administer injections, prescribed medications, and enemas as needed
  • Clean and dress wounds, and assist with other basic medical care tasks
  • Collect samples for lab testing as assigned
  • Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families
  • Communicate with patients' family members or friends to provide advice, comfort, and instructions

Requirements

  • Current LPN licensure
  • Experience in providing basic care to patients
  • Ability to work under supervision and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
