Responsibilities- Oversee medication dispensing and ensure accuracy in fulfillment of prescriptions for long-term care facility residents.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy regimens and ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies while providing exceptional pharmaceutical care to long-term care facility residents.
- Pharmacy experience.
- LTC pharmacy experience is a plus.
- Experience with DocuTrack/Frameworks is a plus.
- Clear & active Pharmacist license in the state of Kentucky.
