Compensation: The salary range is $69,000 to $124,200.00.

Compensation is determined by various factors that may include labor market conditions, education, work experience, and certifications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to engage and inspire others

  • Proficient reasoning, conflict resolution, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to access all areas of the Distribution Center, including mezzanine platforms
  • Capable of reading and interpreting necessary policies and procedures to perform updates and operate systems within the Distribution Center, including traversing conveyor crossovers
