Work Schedule: The schedule will either be Sunday through Wednesday from approximately 4 PM to 4 AM or Wednesday through Sunday from approximately 4 PM to 4 AM.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to engage and inspire others
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
• Proficient reasoning, conflict resolution, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to access all areas of the Distribution Center, including mezzanine platforms
• Capable of reading and interpreting necessary policies and procedures to perform updates and operate systems within the Distribution Center, including traversing conveyor crossovers
