Job Title: Travel LPN

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated LPN to join our team for a travel assignment in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Job Summary:

This is a 13-week contract position with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will provide nursing care within their scope of practice and in accordance with the standards of the Skilled Nursing Facility.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' physical and emotional needs
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
Requirements:
  • Current North Carolina LPN license
  • 2 years previous nursing experience
  • American Heart Association BLS certification
