Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver on all project commitments and work closely with other internal engineering and production teams to ensure successful project launches.
  • Lead creation of project documentation, including requirements, conceptual drawings, estimates, design drawings, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with on-site and remote technology vendors to develop and implement solutions to support live production control rooms, studios, graphics systems, replay systems, etc.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to create and update configuration documentation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Broadcasting, or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of recent experience supporting live production, post-production, or master control environments.
  • Ability to work evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays with little or no notice depending on production schedules.
  • Ability to travel on an as-needed basis.
  • Fluency in English (with fluency in Spanish desired).
Desired Characteristics:
  • Expertise with a broad range of technologies, especially systems and technologies used for live production.
  • Dedication to building and maintaining a stable, high-performance technical environment.
  • Strong understanding of IP & SDI based infrastructures and software-based systems.
  • Ability to assist project initiatives to include capital planning, reporting on engineering progress, and execution of primary project initiatives.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, urgent priorities simultaneously.
