Residential Home Cleaning Professional

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Residential Home Cleaning Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our clients' lives by delivering exceptional cleaning services. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and rental properties according to established standards and guidelines.
- Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing all designated areas within the home.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms and kitchens, including sinks, countertops, toilets, showers, and appliances.
- Make beds, change linens, and perform other bedroom-related cleaning tasks.
- Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
- Handle and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards observed during cleaning.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients and team members.
- Follow all safety protocols and use cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to enhance the quality of our cleaning services.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform cleaning tasks and lift/move heavy objects as needed.
- Reliable transportation to travel to and from cleaning locations.
- Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends as required.
- Commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and customer service.
- Desire to learn and grow within the company and take on additional responsibilities over time.
