Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Residential Home Cleaning Specialist. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and rental properties according to established standards and guidelines.
  • Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing all designated areas within the home.
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and kitchens, including sinks, countertops, toilets, showers, and appliances.
  • Make beds, change linens, and perform other bedroom-related cleaning tasks.
  • Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
  • Handle and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards observed during cleaning.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
  • Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients and team members.
  • Follow all safety protocols and use cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to enhance the quality of our cleaning services.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in residential cleaning or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina and strength to perform cleaning tasks and lift/move heavy objects as needed.
  • Reliable transportation to travel to and from cleaning locations.
  • Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends as required.
  • Commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and customer service.
  • Desire to learn and grow within the company and take on additional responsibilities over time.
