Job Summary:

Tradesmen International, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Welder - Fabrication Specialist to join our team of experienced craftsmen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of welding tasks, including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding, to ensure the highest quality of workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform welding tasks on a variety of metal materials, including carbon steel and stainless steel
  • Operate a range of welding equipment, including MIG and TIG welders
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all work meets the highest standards
  • Collaborate with other craftsmen to complete projects efficiently and effectively
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest welding techniques and technologies

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in welding or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in welding, preferably in a construction or fabrication setting
  • Strong knowledge of welding processes and techniques, including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
