We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to fill the role of House Supervisor at Overland Park Regional Medical Center. As a House Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of the medical center during evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Administrator on call and other members of the Management team to ensure appropriate facility resources and response to meet organization-wide healthcare service responsibilities.
- Assume responsibility for administrative operations, including but not limited to, patient care, staff management, and facility maintenance.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and excellent customer service.
- Graduate from a professional nursing program, with a Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
- Currently licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation.
- BLS & ACLS required upon hire.
- 3-5 years of nursing experience in a hospital environment, with 1 year as a Charge Nurse or other management position preferred.
