Personal Shopper

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Personal Shopper to join our Curbside team at Ingles Markets. As a Personal Shopper, you will be responsible for selecting and gathering products for customers' online orders, assembling orders, communicating with customers, processing payments, and delivering orders to customers' cars.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and gather products for customers' online orders in an efficient manner, ensuring freshness and quality.
• Assemble customers' online orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Communicate with customers about order details, answering questions and resolving any issues.
• Process payments and handle customer transactions in a professional and courteous manner.
• Deliver and load orders to customers' cars, providing a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
• Basic math skills and accuracy in handling customer transactions.
• Ability to lift and move products, as needed.
