Job Description

Kaiser Transport is seeking a skilled OTR Flatbed Truck Driver to join our team. As a professional long haul driver, you will be responsible for hauling large freight, loading, tarping, and securing LTL style. Our drivers enjoy a challenging and unique work environment, with opportunities to learn and grow their skills every day.

What We Offer

Our Fleet

We operate a fleet of late model Peterbilt 389 long nose tractors, equipped with Cummins ISX15 525 horsepower engines, 18 speed manual and automatic transmissions, APU's & refrigerators in every truck. Our drivers have the opportunity to choose the color of their new truck.

About Kaiser Transport

We specialize in TSS (Trailer-Space-Sharing) long haul, open deck trucking, hauling machines, large tools, and equipment along with other double-drop, step-deck, and flatbed freight. Our trucks operate from coast-to-coast and Canada. We promote a family atmosphere that creates a true connection between drivers, dispatchers, yard crew, mechanics, and support staff.

Requirements
  • CDL A holder
  • 1-2 years of long haul, coast-to-coast experience
  • Experience with step deck, double drop, or flatbed freight
  • Experience building and executing successful trip plans
  • Tarping and freight securement experience in all weather conditions
  • Meet all the federal motor carrier guidelines with no OWIs in past 5 years
