The Nursing Unit Director - ICU will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the ICU department, ensuring that all patients receive high-quality care in a safe and efficient manner. This includes:
* Providing effective leadership to the assigned departments(s) of responsibility.
* Conducting financial and resource management.
* Participating in activities for professional growth and development.
* Providing care based on physical, psycho/social, educational, safety and related criteria, appropriate to the ages of patients served in assigned area.

Education:
Required - Registered nurse diploma.

Certifications:
