- Sales Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting products, building relationships with customers, and providing expert knowledge of our products.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest products, trends, and technologies in the children's apparel industry.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-3 months of sales experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate will be able to sit, stand, bend, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.
