Job Title:

Senior Care Provider

About the Role:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, promoting independence and quality of life
  • Provide personalized care, including hygiene assistance, transferring, and ambulation
  • Conduct daily rounds to monitor resident safety and well-being
  • Serve meals and deliver trays as needed
  • Assist with food service duties, such as plating and cleaning
  • Perform basic housekeeping tasks
  • Wash, dry, fold, and deliver resident laundry
  • Foster a supportive environment, encouraging resident participation in activities
  • Collaborate with nurses on vital sign monitoring and reporting
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Pass a background and drug screening
  • Demonstrate empathy and compassion
  • Show leadership skills and dedication to quality care
  • Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Compensation:

$15.00 - $17.50 per hour
