Pico Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team at JM Hunter Group. As an integral member of our sales force, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our top-quality exterior remodeling services, including decking, windows, siding, and doors, to homeowners and businesses in the local area.

• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets in the exterior remodeling sector.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, building trust and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Conduct thorough assessments of customers' needs and provide tailored solutions for their exterior remodeling requirements, recommending appropriate products and services.
• Generate leads through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and attending industry-related events to expand customer base and increase sales opportunities.
• Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of our exterior remodeling services.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and installers, to ensure seamless coordination and efficient completion of remodeling projects.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and competitors' offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer information, and generate accurate reports on sales performance.

• Proven track record in outside sales or a related role, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with diverse customers.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
• Goal-oriented mindset, with a self-motivated and driven approach to sales.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve sales goals.
• Basic knowledge of exterior remodeling products and services is preferred.
• Proficiency in using CRM software or sales tracking tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for conducting on-site visits.
