We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Manager to join our Technical Operations team in New York. As a key member of our marketing functions team, you will play a critical role in establishing and supporting business processes, gathering requirements, and managing projects with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a passion for customer focus and software. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop practical solutions to improve asset management processes, identify business needs, analyze complex data, and deliver results-driven projects.

Salary Range: $130,000 - $160,000 (bonus eligible)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and support business processes, gather requirements, and manage projects with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Develop practical solutions to improve asset management processes, identify business needs, analyze complex data, and deliver results-driven projects.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements and value stories, ensuring technical solutions address all user needs and operational goals.
  • Capture and manage current and future state business process maps and transformation plans with stakeholder buy-in.
  • Define, quantify, and realize the value of all product enhancements and projects with CFO-level buy-in.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in project management, business analysis, marketing strategy, business relationship management, or content production at a large network, publisher, or agency.
  • Minimum of 6 years of client-facing project management or business analysis experience.
  • Proficiency in relevant technologies and software, including Airtable, metadata standards, and integration tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify business needs, analyze complex data, and develop practical solutions to improve asset management processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in requirements analysis and delivery, including conducting user interviews, documenting requirements, confirming requirements, and implementing solutions.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
