We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-focused individual to join our team as a Property Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily property operations, maximizing sales objectives, and enforcing company policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for conducting cash drawer audits, executing bank deposits, and processing payments.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also have basic computer knowledge and be able to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily property operations, including cash handling and customer service
- Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies
- Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with a focus on safety and maximizing units available for rent
- Conduct cash drawer audits and execute bank deposits as per company policies
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property, including regular inspections and maintenance tasks

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
