As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily property operations, maximizing sales objectives, and enforcing company policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for conducting cash drawer audits, executing bank deposits, and processing payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily property operations, including cash handling and customer service
  • Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies
  • Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with a focus on safety and maximizing units available for rent
  • Conduct cash drawer audits and execute bank deposits as per company policies
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property, including regular inspections and maintenance tasks

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
