As a member of our 24/7 Cloud Services team, you will deliver Level 1 and Level 2 assistance, ensuring the seamless operation of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Level I and II assistance for identifying and resolving issues on Windows servers and client systems.
  • Administer, configure, troubleshoot, and optimize both physical and virtual Windows servers and Linux systems in a continuous cloud environment according to established protocols.
  • Engage with a global team through various communication methods.
  • Create and set up virtual machines tailored to client specifications.
  • Monitor system performance, analyze problems, and respond to system alerts.
  • Review cloud environment dashboards to diagnose and comprehend system status.
  • Escalate intricate issues to the Team Leader or the appropriate Cloud Services team member.
  • Oversee small-scale projects to implement system updates across multiple machines.
  • Utilize and develop basic scripting languages for project execution.
  • Proactively identify and resolve hardware and software challenges.
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot applications.
  • Support Active Directory for application access and user management.
  • Maintain and revise existing documentation.
  • Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure ongoing support.

Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Three (3) years of experience in Help Desk, IT Support, or Systems Administration.
  • Relevant industry certification, preferably MSCE or RHCE.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A genuine interest in technology and robust problem-solving capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to resolving issues thoroughly.
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys engaging with others.
  • Strong troubleshooting and system analysis expertise.
  • A keen desire to learn new technologies and enhance technical skills.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a Cloud or Enterprise environment.
  • Experience in configuring, administering, and troubleshooting Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
  • Familiarity with System Center Configuration Manager (MECM).
  • Experience with VMWare products.
  • Knowledge of containerization and management tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with open-source monitoring tools like ELK, Icinga, and Graphite.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages including PowerShell and Python.
  • Familiarity with NetApp and Dell hardware.
