About the Role

ImpactLife is seeking a skilled and experienced Charge Phlebotomist to join our Mobile team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the blood collection operation and ensuring that collections run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the blood collection process, ensuring that all procedures are followed and that donors receive excellent care.
  • Manage the logistics of blood collection, including coordinating with donors, hospitals, and other stakeholders.
  • Drive our fleet vehicles, including box trucks, to transport blood and equipment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to donors, hospitals, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve our goal of providing world-class blood products and services.
Requirements
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Valid driver's license and insurability by our insurance carrier.
  • Pass a pre-employment background and drug screen.
