Job Summary

The Medical Front Desk Screener will be responsible for greeting and screening donors, taking and recording vital signs, and maintaining accurate medical records. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering phone calls, and responding to donor inquiries.

Responsibilities
  • Screen donors for eligibility and take vital signs
  • Maintain accurate medical records and update donor information
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to donor inquiries
  • Answer phone calls and respond to donor concerns
  • Work collaboratively with the medical team to ensure the safety and well-being of donors
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate medical records
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the medical team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting
