Dermatology Associates of Concord is seeking a skilled Clinical Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our dermatology team.
Responsibilities- Prepare patients for exams and treatments, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Assist providers with preparing for examinations and minor procedures, maintaining a safe and organized environment.
- Schedule tests and off-site procedures, communicating with referral staff as needed.
- Prepare and maintain supplies and equipment for treatments, adhering to OSHA guidelines.
- Label, document, and deliver lab specimens for processing, completing requisition paperwork as required.
- Perform patient education and provide support as needed.
- Replenish supplies, stock, and clean exam rooms to maintain a clean and professional environment.
- High school degree required; CMA/LNA certificate desirable.
- At least one year of experience in clinical assisting.
- Comfortable using email and interacting with internet applications.
- Working knowledge of managed care basics.
- Pleasant speaking voice and demeanor.
- Good communication skills.
- Neat, professional appearance.
