Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, and negotiating on behalf of our clients. This is a full-time position located in our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice to clients on a range of matters, including professional liability and employment law
  • Conduct thorough research to support legal arguments and recommendations
  • Negotiate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met

Requirements

  • Strong background in law, with a focus on labor and employment law
  • Exceptional research and analytical skills
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Membership in the State Bar of California is required
  • 1-5 years of experience working as an attorney in a law firm
  • Experience in professional liability and medical malpractice law is a plus
