Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Behavior Therapist to join our team of professionals who are passionate about helping children with Autism live their most meaningful and functionally independent lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, intensive ABA interventions to clients under the supervision of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
  • Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless service delivery and support client progress.
  • Collect and document client data to inform treatment decisions and monitor progress.
  • Communicate regularly with parents, supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and treatment planning.
  • Provide services to clients in various settings, including home, school, and community locations.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience working with children, preferably in a caregiving or educational setting
  • Obtained or pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in psychology, teaching, or a related field
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for helping others
