What We Are Looking For:

We seek enthusiastic and driven Retail Sales Consultants to help us deliver exceptional service to our customers. With over 320 store locations and a legacy of over 35 years in the mattress industry, we are a family-owned and operated business in the USA. You will confidently promote our premium mattress and bedding products using our proven sales process and advanced diagnostic sleep system, bedMATCH.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • We are looking for motivated individuals who can work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and weekends. Our typical workweek allows Retail Sales Consultants to work between 40 and 55 hours.
  • You will provide customers with a relaxed, educational shopping experience focused on enhancing their lives through our sleep solutions.
  • We utilize state-of-the-art technology, including tablets, mobile point of sales (POS), and our exclusive bedMATCH system.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm are essential for success.
  • Enjoy engaging with customers and understanding their needs.
