Role: Maintenance Dispatch Coordinator

As a part of Chenega IT Enterprise Services (CITES), you will contribute to providing state-of-the-art technology services to federal entities and the Department of Defense. Established in 2016, CITES has rapidly become a leader in best practices for modern federal operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, document, and allocate service requests to maintenance teams based on client needs.
- Oversee repairs and maintenance of both mobile and stationary government equipment.
- Maintain detailed records, including:
- Client name
- Service location
- Equipment requiring service
- Type of service requested
- Prepare and distribute work orders along with comprehensive notes.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate dispatch of maintenance personnel, utilizing the Maximo system for record-keeping.
- Communicate with clients to confirm satisfactory service delivery.
- Keep accurate logs of service requests and work orders.
- Relay instructions and messages to field teams using radio or cellular communication.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; an associate degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or help desk role, ideally within a maintenance context.
- Familiarity with HTEE systems is advantageous.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Must successfully complete a background investigation.
Essential Skills and Abilities
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
