The Qualifications We Seek
- FINRA Series 7 & 63 required before employment
- Series 65 and/or 66 and insurance licenses within 90 days of employment
- At least 2 years of experience in financial services or a related field
- Achievement of CFP® Certification is strongly encouraged
The Role's Purpose
The Regional Planning Advisor collaborates with the Financial Consultant and/or Wealth Planner in a financial advisory capacity. This position enhances the planning services available to engage Fidelity's most valued clients. In addition to primarily conducting financial planning sessions, you will support the overall client relationship by leveraging innovative technologies to optimize efficiencies for clients. You will align with Fidelity's firm-wide initiatives, providing you the chance to positively influence clients' financial strategies. You will witness your impact on the business and enjoy rewarding interactions with clients daily.

- Deep understanding of financial planning principles to assist clients in developing effective financial strategies for themselves and their families.
- Ability to assess and understand planning needs while identifying suitable solutions

How Your Work Affects the Organization
Through your expertise in financial planning and your ability to cultivate relationships, you will effectively profile, navigate, and present the outcomes of our guidance tools, leading to in-depth discussions around our planning concepts. This will enable you to identify additional complex planning opportunities, partnering with the Financial Consultant or Wealth Planner for further development. This collaboration will allow the team to better meet the needs of our clients.

The base salary range for this position is $58,000-$132,000 per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonuses or other variable compensation.
