Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Game Lands Maintenance Worker to join our team in the Northwest Region. As a key member of our Land Management Group, you will play a critical role in the development, construction, and maintenance of wildlife habitat areas and related infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with maintenance, repair, and construction of bridges, roads, parking areas, gates, posting signs, ranges, and other facilities.
  • Perform semi-skilled work in Pennsylvania game lands, including mowing, habitat management, and equipment maintenance.
  • Assist with timber stand improvement areas and learn new techniques and methods for wildlife habitat management.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to manage the Commonwealth's wildlife resources for the benefit of wildlife, hunters, and trappers, visitors, and all Pennsylvanians.
Requirements
  • One year of laboring experience using construction tools and equipment, or equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • Active Pennsylvania non-commercial Class C driver's license or equivalent.
  • Ability to obtain an active Class A Commercial Driver's License within one year of employment.
