Job Summary
This role requires a seasoned cybersecurity expert with extensive experience in incident response, threat intelligence, and security operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.

The Principal Cybersecurity Specialist will be responsible for leading our incident response efforts, developing and implementing effective security strategies, and working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential threats. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement comprehensive incident response plans
* Lead tabletop exercises and simulate cyber attacks to test preparedness
* Collaborate with security teams to identify and prioritize vulnerabilities
* Work with development teams to integrate security controls into software applications
* Provide regular security briefings to senior leadership

About You
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualities:

• Strong technical background in cybersecurity, including incident response, threat intelligence, and security operations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective security strategies
• Ability to think critically and solve complex problems under pressure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business drivers and priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

* Competitive salary: $132,000 - $264,000 per year
* Annual performance bonus: up to 20% of base salary
