Job Description

**Job Summary:**

Allied Universal Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Captain to oversee the security operations at a Railroad Station in Los Angeles. As a Security Captain, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the delivery of quality security services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and Coordinate Security Operations: Oversee the security team to ensure that all security protocols are followed and that the client's security needs are met.
  • Act as Liaison: Serve as a liaison between the client, operation managers, and security officers to ensure effective communication and resolution of any issues.
  • Provide Coaching and Recognition: Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline to security officers within approved empowerment range.
  • Manage Scheduling and Billing: Utilize scheduling and billing software to produce reports and manage staffing needs.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure that all security officers receive appropriate training and that they are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5 years of experience as an Armed Security Supervisor overseeing more than 40 guards.
  • Certifications: Baton Certified, Handcuff Certified, Pepper Spray Certified, CPR/First Aid Certified.
  • Licenses: Valid CA State Driver's License.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner.
