Job Summary:

We are looking for skilled Civil Engineers, PLSs, and Engineering Managers with 5+ years of experience to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in local and state DOT projects, with expertise in Microstation/AutoCAD or willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage civil engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Develop and implement engineering solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and staff
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies

Requirements:

  • Relevant degrees and certifications in Ohio
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites
  • Experience in DOT/Transportation/Bridge/Land/Water projects
  • Proficiency in Microstation/AutoCAD or willingness to learn
  • Knowledge of current surveying technology, materials, and design codes
  • Ability to work both in the field and office

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Civil Engineer PE
  • PLS
  • Engineering Manager with 5-10 years of civil management experience
  • Environmental or Municipal Engineer
