We are seeking a highly skilled Adult Psychiatrist to join our clinical team at LifeStance Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and treat mental health disorders in adults using evidence-based practices.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
- Prescribe and manage medications as needed to support patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in mental health treatment to ensure the highest level of care for patients.
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification or board eligibility in psychiatry.
- Fully licensed in Virginia with an unencumbered DEA license.
- Experience with medication management and therapy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
