We are seeking an experienced ABA Therapy Specialist to join our team at GOLDSTAR REHABILITATION INC | MY TEAM ABA. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team that is dedicated to delivering high-quality care to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
About the RoleAs an ABA Therapy Specialist, you will play a critical role in implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting discrete trials, natural environment teaching, and utilizing various skill-building methods to support client progress.
Responsibilities- Implement behavior intervention and individualized treatment plans for children between the ages of 2 and 21.
- Conduct discrete trials, natural environment teaching, and utilize various skill-building methods to support client progress.
- Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions and enter it into the electronic medical record daily.
- High school diploma or college degree required.
- 40-hour RBT course completion prior to starting work with clients.
- Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs and perform activities requiring fine and gross motor skills.
- A reliable car and driver's license for commuting to client homes.
We offer a competitive salary of $26-$34 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide benefits such as medical/vision/dental insurance, 401k, and three weeks of paid time off.
