### Job Title: Youth Advocate

#### Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Advocate to join our team at Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. As a Youth Advocate, you will play a vital role in providing direct advocacy services to assigned participants and their families, promoting a strength-based approach using the wrap-around model.

#### Key Responsibilities:

* Initiate, organize, plan, develop, and implement direct advocacy services to assigned participants and their families
* Develop and implement service plans based on a strength-based approach using the wrap-around model
* Provide flexible hours, competitive weekly pay, and activity reimbursement

#### Qualifications:

* A minimum High School Diploma or GED is required
* Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources
* Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage
