LGI Homes is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Vice President of Land Acquisitions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for securing multi-million-dollar development deals through the acquisition of residential lots and land in Florida.

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and execute all contracts for land acquisitions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Underwrite all acquisitions, utilizing your expertise to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Manage all potential acquisition budgets and costs, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Recruit, train, and manage additional staff as needed, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Travel may be required to meet with clients and partners.

Requirements

  • Over 5 years of relevant experience in the homebuilding industry, with a proven track record of success in land acquisition and development.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred, with a focus on business, finance, or a related field.
