Wall Construction Supervisor

Opatril Concrete Construction, Inc. is a reputable Cast in Place concrete construction company based in Moorhead, MN.

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Wall Foreman to join our team for the current season.

The Role:

• Lead and manage a team of crew members to ensure project success.
• Oversee supplier deliveries and internal material management as needed.
• Verify work meets project scope requirements.
• Communicate with Wall Superintendent daily on schedule and manpower.

About You:

• 2 years' experience in cast-in-place concrete construction preferred.
• Able to read commercial or residential plans.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S.

Compensation and Benefits:

Estimated Annual Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 depending on experience.
