Commercial Credit Expert

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Credit Expert to lead our credit analyst team and provide analytical support to our lending departments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing financial statements, conducting credit investigations, and developing policies to support our commercial credit operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial statements and identify potential risks and mitigants associated with complex commercial loan requests
- Conduct market and industry analyses to stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to safeguard our commercial credit operations
- Mentor and train junior credit analysts to develop their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with our lending teams to provide analytical support and ensure effective loan management and risk assessment
Requirements:
- 5-7 years prior credit analysis experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
- Expert computer skills, including experience with loan origination software and MS Office applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year
