Job Skills / Requirements We are currently seeking qualified Security Officers. A valid Armed Security License is mandatory.

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A Security License is preferred, but not mandatory

• Minimum age of 21 years

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Possession of a valid driver's license

• Reliable transportation and communication means

• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings

• Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency

• Capability to conduct routine patrols and perform moderate lifting

Security Officer Responsibilities:

• Maintain a secure environment for clients and staff through vigilant patrolling and monitoring of premises.

• Control access in accordance with established post instructions.

• Engage with various individuals, including clients, visitors, and public safety officials, as per contractual obligations.

• Respond promptly to alarm signals and be vigilant in identifying and reporting safety hazards.

• Regulate and direct traffic as necessary.

• Ensure compliance with access control systems and maintain visibility to deter inappropriate activities.

• Enforce policies and procedures effectively while presenting a professional demeanor.

• Prepare routine and special reports for supervisors.

• Promote safety to prevent accidents and ensure the security of client properties.

• Uphold client and company policies and procedures.

Working Conditions:

• Potential exposure to infections and hazardous materials.

• Interaction with individuals in various circumstances.

• Handling emergency situations and unpredictable scenarios.

• May involve irregular hours and frequent interruptions.

Physical Demands:

• Requires the ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking are necessary.

• Occasional lifting of equipment and supplies may be required.

• Involves reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, and crouching.

Certification Requirements:

Valid State Driver's License
Armed Security License
