Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate PACU Registered Nurse to join our team at North Suburban Medical Center. As a PACU Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our medical center.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and direct the care of post-surgical/post-procedural patients
  • Bring specialized skills to serve specific age groups, including adult, adolescent, geriatric, or pediatric populations
  • Rotate to areas other than your assigned service area, performing only those duties for which you have demonstrated competency
  • Oversee and direct the care of assistive personnel, maintaining final accountability for the care given to assigned patients
Requirements
  • Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate Registered Nurse license
  • Current AHA or ARC BLS, AHA or ARC ACLS & PALS required
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, BSN desirable
  • 1-2 years PACU or Critical Care experience required
