Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is a leading provider of pediatric therapy services, seeking a highly qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify children's strengths and areas of concern
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior-analytic interventions to support children's learning and development
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff members to ensure high-quality services
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., behavior analysis, psychology, education)
  • State BCBA license and Department of Education Special Education Certificate (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
